1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vylocast's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Provision
Vylocast provides cloud streaming servers (the "Service") tailored for live broadcasters. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your stream keys and Twitch OAuth tokens. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Vylocast (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vylocast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
